 The RPA has confirmed the BPS 2015 entitlement values and Greening payment this week.  BPS 2015 Entitlement Values – €171.83 Non-SDA, €170.60 SDA Non-Moorland and €45.07 SDA Moorland.   The Euro exchange rate to be applied to convert euros to sterling for the purpose of the Basic Payment Scheme 2015 payments has been set.
