4 bedrooms (1248 sq ft) semi-detached home | Attractive large garden | Picturesque village | Off road parking | Approximately 0.23 acres (0.09 ha)

For sale by Private Treaty.

Ardington is a traditional Oxfordshire village which has retained its rural Estate character. The sought after village offers many amenities including a shop, the Boars Head public house, Church and Nursery School. The market town of Wantage is within 3 miles offering a more comprehensive range of facilities and Oxford is within 15 miles. Mainline trains are within easy reach from Didcot, Oxford and Oxford Parkway.

44 -45 Ardington comprises a single semi-detached four-bedroom dwelling. The house is constructed of brick elevations under a tiled roof and bears a date stone of “1856”.

The accommodation is as shown on the floorplan but includes a good-sized south-east facing “eat in” kitchen, with range of wall and base units and pantry to one side of the entrance hall.

To the other side is the spacious double aspect sitting room, with double doors to the garden and an open fire, and a playroom/snug/office.

On the first floor are four good bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and bath.

At the southern end of the garden is a gravelled parking and turning area which leads into the predominantly lawned garden. Climbers, mature trees and flowering borders provide huge potential for a large stunning country cottage garden.
